REFUND POLICY

At Vireya, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and precision. Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our products, we operate on a strict no refund policy, except in rare cases where an item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect based on the confirmed order. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this return and refund policy.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel by emailing thevireya@gmail.com or messaging @thevireya on Instagram. Be sure to include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short explanation. Late claims may not be eligible. If approved, we will offer an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation and available stock. Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

Please note that we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color variation caused by screen differences. We encourage reviewing our size charts and product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged. Items showing signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted for return or exchange.
